There many ways you can embark onn and be earning $3 daily, but this is not possible in 1 or 2 PTP. It has to be on other niches.

It is not easy to make $3 daily with pay to post sites now because most of them have dropped their pay to flat rate. Before you can make $4or more with beermoneyforum but it is not possible now.
If you work on multiple forums, it's an easily achievable goal. It is very tasking though and you will need to work up to 8 hours a day.
