Referral is the shortest cut to earn from these money making platforms without having to do activities there. They are people who are good with referrals and they majorly earn through it.

I don't know of any such site. Most of the sites i know pays affiliate for active referrals only. Most of the sites that do not care about the referrals may turn out to be scam sites.
