I would never advise buying and selling YouTube accounts for money at all. It is very much against YouTube's policy to buy and sell YouTube accounts and it is also very much illegal as well from what I understand and can get you into more trouble than it's worth just for some money. Your best bet is to keep the YouTube channel you have an grow it and monetize your content and make money that way.

If you have certain skills, you can set up your own YouTube channel. A friend of mine is very good at cooking, she set up her own YouTube Channel, and upload videos to teach people how to cook different dishes. Currently, she has over 5000 subscribers. She is making some money.
