Eczema Treatments

I get eczema when I am stressed and during change of weather.

I usually get rid of it by applying hydrocortisone cream. And taking antihistamines. Do you know any other treatments?

I always have Benzac gel and powercott. these two have managed to keep my face smooth for as a long as i can remember. That and the fact that they are not expensive. Benzac is $9 and powercott $3.

It could even be an allergy from your soap or cream so be careful

I also have eczema once in a while, especially during change of season. I need to apply hydrocortisone cream and take antihistamines to get rid of it.

I was taught that most skin infections are fungal in nature and very stubborn. You would need to use an antifungal consistently on the eczema spot.

I think it is best to ask a dermatologist about this. There are skin-type that may cause an allergic reaction for doing self-medication.
