Smuggling means export or import without paying tax, US should tax free the import which it cannot produce.

Eggs are very expensive here in Philippines too. They said bird flu is the cost. I think it is manipulated again just like the price of onions.

I will always take advantage of any business opportunity and make money from it which is exactly what is happening in my country today with the scarcity of our new currency notes and those that are in two point of sales terminal business are making huge profits from their business.

I get your point, but it their they are doing it the wrong way. They are simply trying to avoid paying tax and if it continues, it would definitely have a negative impact on the economy.
