Another sanctions are verbal warning, written reprimand, suspension without pay, and ultimately to dismissal from employment. The abusive employee might have planned or attempted to put the company on fire, selling the tools or stealing company equipmemt.

This is why it is very important for every employee to know their rights. There are so many employees today who are being abused but they are quite about it, simply because they do not know the right steps to go about it.

The employees are also afraid to lose a job they love. But it is t good to be a victim of abuse by an employer. That employer must be sanctioned by the law.

This is really appalling. workers and employee need to know their rights.to avoid being abused . I think they should be a body that can help keep workers from. being abused by workers

It is very important that businesses respect the right of their employees because everyone deserves to be treated well, otherwise there is going to be a lot of chaos and problem for everyone that is working in that particular kind of company.
