Yes, that's true, apart from that a boss must have the spirit of fair and wise leadership. Because there are so many bosses who are still authoritarian towards their subordinates. An authoritarian boss will make workers feel pressured and uncomfortable working there. Authoritarian bosses tend to find it difficult to grow and advance the company.
