The truth of the matter is that people tend to create rumors and storys just to cope, especially when they do not understand what is going on. Then there are some who simply spread rumors just to cause havoc.

For me l think that, most people nowadays they don't live up to their promises. So to please their workers or subordinates they normally create lies to get away with.
