Feeling tired from work

Recently, I observed that am always feeling weak and so exhausted. I really don't know the cause of this tiredness! I don't want to take drugs or supplements. I find it hard to work for long time.

I feel this way when I feel very exhausted. So what I do is try to relax for a while, whether by sleeping, going out of the room, or something else, and going back to work properly when I feel fresh and excited again.

Nowadays l would sleep for like three to four hours and continue with my work from there.
