If you have exciting features or bonuses you can attract new customers.
You have a point there though, customers are definitely attracted to something that is new. So once they come across something different they would want to give it a try and once they see it's okay for them, they start using it more and more.

You have to do a self advertisement just like a lady did in our home yesterday as she is making cup cakes and short cakes taking it from door to door advertising her products which are actually nice.

The way I do is promote by giving free samples. Indeed, this method is quite expensive, but quite effective. I do this with my neighbors, I share the food I cook, then they order it from me.

Been able to give sample of your business product is all about the nature of the business that you are into because there are some businesses that you cannot afford to give samples to customers.

Humans love anything new so same is applicable to customers of any business. They always get attracted to something that is new. So it good to time to time add new features to get new customers

To gain customers in a new environment, you need to first create awareness about your business and that will make people know your business exist .Then after that you need to add value to your business by doing what others aren't doing .

You can find customers only when you use a marketing method to reach the right customer.
That's right, to be able to get new customers for your business, you need to have a good marketing strategy that would be able to attract your target audience in that particular location.
