I am a night owl. I sleep at almost midnight. So it's kind of difficult for me to get up too early. I usually wake up at around 7:30-8:00 am. I also take a nap in the afternoon.
I am an early waker, I have never had an issue with waking up. Most times even when I sleep late I am still able to wake up early, only on few occasions I do wake up late.
