Food you love now but hated during childhood

I'm one person that didn't like yam no matter how it's prepared but I consumed them plenty now and you?

When I was a kid I don't eat vegetables but as I mature I have learned to know how important vegetables as part of our diet.

When I was a child, I dislike eating bitter gourd. Now, I love them cooked in whatever way. Bitter gourd is a healthy food, and we should have them often.

These days I also don't mind to have bitter gourd and other different types of Gourd veggies as these are all so good for our health and skin

I used to hate catfish back then, especially the skin. But these days I actually enjoy eating it, and even the skin.

With time our priorities change and after attaining maturity our taste buds change too plus we realise the value of foods we used to ignore during the childhood

For real? Pawpaw is actually nice, over here we have even used pawpaw to cook stew and eat with rice.

I used to hate cabbage, I wouldn't eat it all even when my mom became strict. But now, I find no problem eating cabbage even for a week continuously.
