Forgiving a cheating partner

Cheating is a deal breaker for some people in a relationship. But do you think you can forgive a cheating partner and continue normally with the relationship?

That person is not abnormal so he must not cheat if he loves the person. Cheating is a crime and the pain is excruciating so never allow the person to inflict pain again. I hate cheaters .
