I think it is normal for a website to shut down but they should make sure that they inform members ahead and they pay all their money in before shutting down so that they will not have a bad reputation

Let's say you have some real money in your account. Like say 30k. Would you be buying forum currency from people and paying them the equivalent in fiat. As it is now, would you have a relaxed mind doing that kind of business. Note that you would make your profits when the admin pays you.

People that are able to do such a thing as those who can actually we draw the money that they buy the forum coin that they buy through PayPal and if I have that means I will buy and I will have my own rate at which I buy the forum coin in equivalent to fiat of the local currency.

I think I can do exchanger business on RIF since one of the admins is currently also an exchanger. It gives some level of confidence to run that kind of business.
