I think a lot of people learn from mistakes. They might not make the same mistake if they have learnt from mistake but they will continue to make newer mistakes.

I am happy that you have included employees also along with the customers.. Mostly people would focus on customers satisfaction as they consider them to be the most important thing in running a profitable business. But yes, employees are equally important. They are the main force running the business. They have to be happy and comfortable. A happy employee is an effective one. And we need happy effective employees for business to run profitable. Feedback is a great way to know the shortcomings and work on improving it.

I totally agree that feedback and suggestions are very important, not only in the business but also in oir personal life and any profession that we pursue. We always have scope to improve. Some people try every possible way to avoid negative feedback. They would even go to the extent of paud fake feedback to boost their business. It's the biggest scam that you are doing to yourself and to the business in long term. You might get a temporary boost to your business with fake paid feedback, but consumers are too smart to get it sooner than you think. Not looking forward to a negative feedback is to avoid the ownership of the mistakes. And till you own them, you will not improve them in your business.

Another advantage of getting a regular feedback and analysing it regularly is that one catches an issue in the business at a very early stage.
