I have already registered on that site and I chose Digital marketing good for 2 to 10 hours course with free registration and certificate free.

What is benefit for google for giving free digital skill certificate while other organizations gets a fee for providing you certificate on something?

It is great but I think after you finished the course you need to pay for certificate.
