Money motivates employees. In many places there are incentives for the completing targets but here we have not fixed it. We get yearly bonus here as it is a part of labour law here.

We don't have such incentive schemes here in our manufacturing unit but I wish we have it motivate workers.

In my previous company, they do have profit sharing. It was a good thing to motivate their employees. I am sure some companies do give incentives.
