no. its not ok. i would not under any circumstance do that. I would rather say i don't have a phone, even if you see me holding it, i would still say i don't have a phone. i have seen a lot of stories where somebody ran away with a phone after they asked to make a phone call,claiming it was an emergency,

For me no I mean there are alot of dishonest people out here. It is hard to trust someone since you can get robbed or hacked.

I have once or twice allowed strangers to make calls but that was when I don't have a smartphone and these days I am more careful and I don't allow anyone to touch my phone.

It's best to make some excuse and not give your smartphone to anyone as they will find ways to cheat you or steal your smartphone so better say no and stay safe

If I'm giving my smartphone to a stranger to make a call, I am definitely going to be the one that holds the phone when he is making the call because I will put the phone call on a loudspeaker because I'm not leaving him 100% access to my phone because he might be a criminal and he will run away with my smartphone.

It depends on the situation. There are times that we need to see carefully if they can be trusted strangers. A hunch can work sometimes in times like this.

It is hard to say. I struggle with trust issues, so I am not completely comfortable with letting others use my phone. Yet, it really depends on the situation. Hehe
