Giving your property to orphans even when you have children

Same with me, I will donate money but not the property. One of my neighbor donated his property in charity because he had no kids

Yes of course, why should I donate when I have my own children. I can donate foods and some money.

it good to give others , but I wouldn't give away my property to only orphans if my own children are there. The orphans might not even be better in character but I would share

The essence of life is to be a source of hope to people that would not have had hope. Giving your properties to orphans is not bad. But that would not be at the expense of my family because charity begins at home.
