Good customer service or the quality of your products, which should you focus on ?

I have seen a lot of businesses have quality products and services but when it comes to how they deal with their customers they are seriously lacking. Then I have seen does who have good customer service but the quality of their services or product is below average. Personally I think both are equally important and should be attended to.

To be sincere both good customer service and a very good product are required in a business but I limited to choose one then I will go for a good product

True, it's better to have both than having just one. Cause in most cases even when you have good products, due to the back customer service, some persons might not be willing to come at all.

The two are equally important for a business and function together to retain staff. None is mutually exclusive. If any of the two is missing, the business would surely be affected.

O would rather focus on marketing without marketing is is impossible to sell even when you have a great product or customer service
