I am totally agree with you. The Human Resource Department is responsible for these people to have the corresponding sanctions, give warnings, or impose about grounds for termination. The situation is always a case-to-case basis.Harmful behavior in the business world, one of which is employees who often lie and cannot be trusted in carrying out their duties, the way to overcome this is by imposing sanctions or imposing fines which can have a deterrent effect. If mistakes cannot be tolerated, you can just be fired.
