When it comes to dealing with humans, there are certain behaviors one might exhibit that a lot of persons may consider as harmful. As a business owner, what would you do to manage such behaviors?
Irrespective of personal behaviors of individual, every workers must consider the business ethics of conduct as priority over his personal conduct. He must be ready to exhibit conduct which must be seen as moral and professional within the business premises. Failure to do this would have him sanctioned.

If I owned a business, I would not allow staff members to treat customers with rudeness. I am aware that customers are the lifeline of any business and should thus be treated with respect. To conform to this principle, I would thereby not hesitate to sack any employee who fails to exhibit decorum when interacting with customers.
That's right I agree with you. I will also do the same with you, which is to fire employees who do not serve customers well. Because customer satisfaction is one of the keys to business continuity.

That's right I agree with you. There are often cases of employees stealing or misusing company money. So an employee like that must be dishonorably fired, because he has made a very fatal mistake and can be repeated in the future.

It's better to understand people well before dealing with them do as not to offend them with either our actions or our talks, we also need to put ourselves in their shoes and ask what our reaction will be if done to us .in short, do what you think it's good and right.

It is difficult but we can assess it directly during the interview. From the way he speaks whether he is polite or arrogant, from the way he acts whether he knows good manners or not, the way he responds to questions whether in the right voice and not too loud, etc.

We should just try to mind our business and ignore any attitude that will make us angry. We may not find it easy to ignore but if we are able to do that,but will be good for us
