Has any client denied payment?

One of the common issues for a lot of people working online is the denial of payment. You work for clients and the clients run away without paying you. Has this happened to you? How much money have you lost?

I was also on virily but I did not publish a lot of content and I never made any money on the site. How much money did you lose?

It was a long time ago and I really do not remember. I tried to login. I was able to login but could not go beyond that.

I have been working as a freelancer for many years. I am lucky that I have not encountered the situation that a client denied payment. But there were a few clients who delayed payment, though they eventually paid.

Not from the clients, but yes a few sites went down the lane and finally closed down before clearing the dues. But I was lucky enough to not loose more than one dollar on any of them. And on few I made decent money before they stopped. I stop visiting the site once I sense the red flags.

No client has denied me payments but a site has denied me payment. There is this online site i work on, and they have refused to process my request for withdrawal.

It happens to some of my friends. He has been doing his job as a freelancer virtual assistant. One of his clients did not pay him big time.

I had done a lot of writing work for a client and then he refused to pay, he claimed that some of his customers did a chargeback.

No, it did not happen with my clients, but it happened on some websites I was involved with in the past. It is frustrating not to be compensated for your efforts.

I experienced it last month a customer denied payment of his order of the branded shoes. I was mad but there was no option but get back the order.

I have experienced this a few times, I can't really remember how much I have lost. Currently there is one who has refused to pay the balance o what she owed me, though she has not collected the job.

I am not a freelancer so I am not dependent on any person for payments and just get payments from the websites
