Have a office at home or an official workspace outside?

Which would you prefer, having your office at home, which means you would have to create a workspace at home, or would you want to have an official workspace outside your home? For me i would like to have both. While i want to work from home, i believe the business would grow to a stage where i need to hire extra hands. In such a case i would need a space outside my home.

If you are not disciplined enough, it is better to have a workspace outside the home. When I am working, I am always tempted to lie down on the bed just because the bed is there.

I am working in school and I don't have my personal cabinet. I share it with 5 people so often I must bring my work home like exams or notebooks.

I work from home and prefer to have an office in my apartment. Although it can be boring at times, it is more convenient than working outside my home.

I think that it is much better to have an office if you are intending to hire additional staff. You may need more space and you may also need a professional environment if you plan to start a company. In such cases, an office would be a much better choice.
