No I don't even wait for that though it has never gotten to this. I leave the job without any waste of time

I think most have done that as we seem to get some signal or indication that the end is near lol

Firing from the company is not a casual feel that one has. It is embarassing and disappointment to the person that suffer. I had it once in my lifetime.

I've never been fired from a company because I never go against rules and regulation and I ensure to carry out my duties diligently.

I was not technically fired from my previous company. I was given a sanction but it was not my fault. Instead of appealing, I just walked away and find a new job, which I am working with now online.

i never experience it, but i just not get a new contract, i hope i will never experience it in the future. because, all i know that when dealing with commitment i always gave my best for it, so when they did not want me to renew the contract thats okay, i will not blame myself for it

Fortunately, I have never experienced this either because it really hurts. I just left a job that was too stressful for me but it was my decision.

I would never allow myself to be fired from any company that I'm working because it is not a good way for you to leave a job.

Staff that has value to offer to the company don't get fired, they are the ones that leave the organization. I have never been fired. I always resign by myself.

I have never been fired but I have left several companies as I found myself not suitable for work there. Most of the companies I left were because of the work culture.

I think that is actually a very good decision you will talk. When you find out that a particular business or company is not suitable for you the best thing for you to do is to leave.
