Have you ever got a bad experience with online shopping sites?

Unfortunately I've had some negative experiences with online shopping before. One time, I ordered a new blender that was advertised as "top of the line" only to receive a clearly used and damaged item. When I tried to return it, the company gave me the runaround and made the process extremely difficult.

There are some items that I felt not satisfied to have from these online shopping apps. The pictures showed were good. Upon recieiving them, they are not look the same.

With eBay is where I got some bad experiences eBay was the first Site I started buying online but I have now stopped going there

I have had some bad experiences with Jumia. The took the picture of the product and made us feel like it is big. Whereas, it was very small and they didn’t tell us the size

Fortunately, I never had any experience with online shopping sites. I only buy from reputable sites such as Amazon and HKTV Mall (a local reputable online shopping retailer).

Yes, I did. Some items I thought would be good in person turned out to be disappointing. They did not meet my expectations.

Have been lucky never had any such bad experience. Maybe because I used to he very careful with buying online

A mosquito bat which I ordered online was not working properly, it was a waste of money, so now I have reduced online shopping to the extent possible.
