When l would be working on a workplaces, l could be very careful and avoid any conflicts at work.

Indeed. It is not good to have conflicts with the co-workers. However, it is inevitable to refrain from it. If it happens, then we need to report them to the Human Resource Department.

I left my previous company because I cannot stand their random changes of policies. Besides, they lower the rate of the salary.

Low salary is one of the major reasons of leaving a job. I have left many jobs before this present job, which I found good and have been settled here from last 18 years.

I think it is not a good idea to resign immediately, especially nowadays when it is difficult to find a good job. If possible, they should consider discussing the matter with higher management and attempting to resolve the issue. Office politics is often common, and sometimes, we have no choice but to hold onto our jobs because finding a new one may not be easy.

If already a regular employee, it is never good to resign because of a boss It is better to ignore that boss especially if he is not the owner, only manager.
