You're funny it is only done by criminals because they need money for drugs. It happened here in my country years ago kids were kidnapped and their body parts were sold. But those culprits were all ordered for a shoot to kill by the government and they were all killed.

Few days ago three suspects were jailed for selling human kidneys at 250, 000 pesos a kidney. The primary suspect was the nurse in charge in the operating. He's still at large.
