Have you Ever tried Bitter Gourd Juice?

That's right, it's delicate to drink such it's bitter. It may harm our liver. It's best to cook it with egg, tomatoes, onion and garlic to saute.

Bitter gourd juice has a great medicinal properties but I don't like it. Having said that I like bitter gourd as a vegetable. I like stir fried bitter gourd.
