Actually, the intermitten fasting is you do not need to starve yourself. You can eat within eight hours and will stop eating for 16 hours.I haven't really tried fasting, except for medical checkup. I also heard that fasting once in a while is good for health. Maybe I should try.
I noticed that I lost 2 kg. for doing it. It was a good feeling that it does work for me. I still need to lose 8 kg.With that l really believe in. The fasting would work best on the loosing of weights.
