I am asking this because I am planning to lose my weight. I read some reading materials that we can do this. The principle is not to eat for at least 16 hours and eat for 8 hours.

Yes, I did. It worked for me. Success in this requires discipline. It was challenging in the beginning, but I managed to pull through.
I started it and do some cardio exercises today. I must say that it is a bit challenging. I have the strong will spirit to do it. It is also a part of loving oneself.

I haven't really tried fasting, except for medical checkup. I also heard that fasting once in a while is good for health. Maybe I should try.
Actually, the intermitten fasting is you do not need to starve yourself. You can eat within eight hours and will stop eating for 16 hours.

I have tried this several times and I recently just started again. Intermittent fasting is very good for the body as it can help it detox and as well stop our organs from overwork.

Well, I do intermittent fasting every day, I skip breakfast and eat lunch after 18 hours since my last meal. It is very good to diet pattern
