Can one start with the free version and get updated to premium one later.? One might not be sure if the website would click and so would be hesitant to pay a fee to begin with. For this price, you can easily get a shared hosting and a domain with any web hosting company. It is better to use content management system rather than website builders like weebly.

I have not tried that software but from the discussions here it seems this software can help people create a website easily I'm going to download Weebly to know how it works for my website interest.

Thank you for your detailed information and explanation. I have already bought a domain name with GoDaddy. Now I need to build a website and host it. I am looking for options for these. I am a bit slow at learning about technology. Still stuck at this step.. looking for options that are good, cost effective and would be convenient to learn and use for a person like me.

If you have a domain, you can map your domain with Blogger and launch a free website with your own domain. You can easily do this by watching a youtube video. If you want hosting, I recommend namecheap.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will definitely keep that in mind. My domain is with GoDaddy. I will explore this. My husband has sent a video of similar tutorial... using WordPress for making the website and using hostgater for hosting it. I will explore your suggestion too.
