Have you joined any group in your selected industry?

I don't know what it's like in other places but over here each industry tends to have various groups or associations . One major reason or importance of these groups is to help does in the same industry know one another, to be able to help each other grow and as well as the development of the industry it self. Have you joined any industry in your line of business?

I only joined cooperatives. I have not joined a big industry. If there is an invitation, I may join, but there is none so far here. I like a cooperative, because there is a yearly incentive, the profit.

That's awesome, for me I have not joined any cooperative yet, but there are some group communities I have joined on social media that is related to my line of work.

Trade organizations are common here, there are organizations for almost all industries, from journalism to factory worker, there are various professional groups. However, I am not a part of any such groups

That's cool, but why haven't you join anyone yet? From what I have heard though some might say it's not compulsory to join one but it is necessary, especially for a growing business.

In the past I joined the volleyball group. But I have never attended any sportsfest since the pandemic started. The sportsfest at work was resumed in 2022. Since I work from home in the province, I have never showed up to tell them that I am still interested playing.

We live in a democracy, so there is no such thing as compulsory thing. I do not see any major benefits in joining trade organizations. Therefore, I have never considered joining any kind of trade organization.

There might be requirements when joining a certain industry, and what for? I think it is called cooperative joining for businesses that belong to the same industry. It may be a waste of time.

Yes it is in most cases but from what I have seen it makes things a lot easier. Like this is where they tend to create price list or even bring grants to help sponsor most of the entrepreneurs there.

But there's none here only cooperatives. I'm a member of two cooperatives and they yield good returns of profit yearly during the stockhokders meeting. I will try to Google search if there is in the city.

Here things are different, usually we don't have groups rather we do have different section. As I used to work in sales and marketing. There all employees were belongs with sales.

I have initially joined many groups in industry I wish to belong to before because I once always think of becoming an agricultural engineer but now an mechanical engineer and we do share important information
