My business was just intergrated online but i still need to have a steong presence offline in order to be effective.So that means i cannot abondoned my offline work to completely move online for some years to come.

I wouldn't do that, no matter how much my online job pays me until it has remained stable for longer than a year. If I can run the two at once without too much challenges, I would do both.

The working on ones pace has always been reasons why people love online job but you need qgood job to quit offline

If you put in the time and creativity expanded on some offline jobs to work online, you would make more money than some jobs we do in the name of jobs in Nigeria. People are still being paid 15k in our country.

it is really appalling and these are graduates being poorly paid. It is even worse if you a private teacher. This is more work and less payment

Yes for those that are on where they are making good money then they have no problems at all quitting offline

Not yet, what I earn online is not enough to leave my offline job for. Maybe if I find one that is worth it.

We need to earn minimum $500 with stability and then we can make such a decision otherwise it'll be risky

The right one there is not guaranteed. I wish they could last a little longer and paying too
