If I am the business owner, I would hire people who are best suited to the job, regardless of their race and gender. There may be a challenge managing a team from different backgrounds. Management needs to promote an inclusive environment and culture so that workers can work in a cooperative manner.

I don't believe that the best hands for any organization can concentrate on a particular trend of people. Just utilize the method of employing the best hands and somehow by probability, diversity would balance itself.

The goal is to achieve the best results, and i believe for this to happen you need to get the best workers. It does not matter what their tribe or otherwise might be.

The most important thing is for you to hire those that are going to be the best for your business in terms of workers because they are the ones that are going to contribute effectively to the success of your business.

Even if the best people at a job are being hired but the work environment is not conducive or inclusive, the production rate would be low compared to those that are given a good working environment but not as good as the former.

Yes this is very true, you could hire the best worker out there, but if there is no good materials for them to work with, or a good working environment as you have said, they would not be able to give you the needed results you want.

I am speaking from experience as there was a time that I was working at a place that we are seen as the best but the working environment is just not good at all and it makes the rate of learning and production to be low.

The truth is that if you are sincere with recruitment, you would still achieve inclusiveness. It takes a really intentional effort to be carry out nepotism in business. Just don't favour any group of persons and your would achieve inclusiveness somehow.

In a situation where a company is heavily dependent on the local population for sales revenues, it would be prudent to focus on ensuring that a sizable number of employees come from the neighborhood.

I believe that you cannot work alone so it is better for you to hire people who have good experience about the job so that you can help you with it and you can also add whatever cota you can
