I like running ads on various platforms, newspapers, websites, etc., and manually selecting candidates. While there are advantages of speed and security with hiring from recruitment agencies, I preferbto source for my staff myself. It affords me the opportunity to be thorough and be sure I am picking the right person.
Each company will have different conditions and depending on needs, if I need someone who is careful and thorough because I have to calculate finances accurately like an accountant's work, of course I will ask for help from a recruitment agency so they can test personality and intelligence quotient.
