Drinking alcohol is forbidden in my Islamic religion and this is why I will never drink alcohol. The wisdom behind this prohibition is the fact that alcohol damages brain function. A person may lose senses. This is why my Islamic religion prohibits alcohol consumption and this is the reason why I don't drink alcoholic beverages.
