I've never made burger at home. I guess homemade burger is more nutritious and healthier as you can decide on the ingredients you would like to put on the burger.
I sometimes make home-made patties made of "malunggay" or Moringa oleifera. It is commonly known as horseradish. I mixed them with century tuna flakes with flour. It is quite healthy and delicious at the same time.
I have made homemade burger patties before, and they turned out to be quite delicious. I find it more practical than buying it from a fast-food restaurant. I have been thinking of making them again one of these days.
