I take a 30-45 min walk along the riverside every morning. I also do stretch exercises. I play tennis. Other than doing exercises, I try to maintain a healthy diet.

Aside from working out, I include fish and vegetables in my diet, consume 5 to 6 cups of green tea or matcha daily, have a glass of water with apple cider vinegar, and make an effort to reduce stress.

Aside from my walking routine exercise, I am eating low calorie foods. It is a part of doing the intermittent fasting.
