it can be depressing if you are working with troublesome coworkers that just want to get you into trouble with the management. How do you handle this problem?

I had a troublemaker co-worker before, she was always nagging people and I was one she always liked to nag. What I did was have a heart-to-heart talk with her. I learned that she has a big problem with her only son. Her husband left them when her son was 8 months old. Her problem was her son took illegal drugs. After that, we became friends.

Two wrongs don't make a right it is good to Speak with the co-worker directly and calmly about their behavior and the impact it is having on you before making an official report

You can communicate with your co-workers, as they may be dealing with personal challenges. If addressing the issue directly is not feasible, consider involving the boss or HR. They are the best people to address the issue.
