The manager will be able to carry out managerial duties if he has the experience on how to manage businesses.
Yeah, that is why a lot of business ventures always try as much as possible to employ people who are very much experienced. Employing experienced people into the managerial role will actually keep the business going.

A manager, he or she is knowledgeable in all aspects. She or he is a graduate of a business course and might have undergone training here and abroad. The manager cannot do it alone, there is always an employee hired to work next to the manager or can do managerial works.
I agree with @Starmix. The managers are mostly very intelligent guys. They have all the skills to do their job in a very appropriate manner even without the help of the secretaries.

It is not good to employ someone who does not know anything about his managerial duty. He is just like the pillar of the business and it is not good for the pillar not to be strong

And when he understands the mission and the goal of the company that he or she is working for, he will then work towards achieving the goal for them and it will be part of his achievement

I agree with you. For employees to work more efficiently, managers are in charge of organizing the workspace and streamlining their procedures.
Yes managers plays a very important role. As the name implies, they are the ones who makes sure the workers have everything they need to ensure there is stable production. And as well ensure the customers get what they want.

Even though the employees or those who work in the company have a lot of work to do too, it is still the managers that will keep the work going because they are the ones to give the order

I guess the general work that managers should do is taking care of tge workplace and directing the workers on what to do. They should be able to supervise everything going on in the company
