I have been here before. Where a boss called me into his office and started acting funny. As a Lady, how would you deal with sexual harassment I'm the workplace without losing your job.

This is something which is totally non ignorable lady must take immediate action because once she will not show resistance this mater will comes to its later stage of blackmailing so its better to take quick action and complain to higher management.

It can a difficult one if the person is the boss but it is others it is to report the person ther tor might not be a way out then to quit the job.

I think it is not right to keep quiet. This malicious act needs to be reported because it is the right thing to do. Losing a job will not happen if the boss was proven guilty.

The best way to deal with this is killing the snake by the head by gathering evidence. Take videos secretly and use them as you backup when no one believes you. Also remember that that person is your boss, he has the upper hand when it comes to getting u chased from from work. So when you repsprt the matter. Make sure you have an airtight case.

This is always difficult to address since the person involved is even the boss but if there's another superior authority then you can go for a report but if resigning will help them go ahead

I do think that a person who is being harassed should report or take action right away. If the company's management did not do anything about it, he or she can report this to the authority as soon as possible.

I believe the best thing to do is to report your boss to the rightful authorities, if it's in a situation where you cannot report your boss, then the best thing to do is leave and look for another place.

Of course the right solution would have been the person who is being harassed reporting or taking action right away but unfortunately it is the boss or employe that's involved it will be to resign
