Report person right away within 24 hours. That's a crime the boss must pay by staying behind bars. It should not be negotiated. Sexual harassment is punishable by law. That person must also be removed from his post.

I've never found myself in this situation but if it's something that should happen, I will try as much as possible to reasonably decline my boss's approach but if it persist, I will simply resign from the job.

That's right I agree with you. Even though we know someone made a mistake, if we don't have evidence it's better to keep silent while gathering supporting evidence. Because they are worried that it will actually create new problems if they report without evidence, it could be considered slander or defamation.

it is not to waste time with reporting the culprit to the right authority that can help and take action. if you keep stalling then the harassment might not work

If the harassment becomes too much to bear, I think there should only be two options left, it's either you quit the job or you get some human right activists to help you in combating the case.

I don't advise someone to quit the job without reporting to the appropriate authorities for measures to be taken to discipline such a boss. That's because the next Staff would be a victim.

This is a special case that most young female workers experienced in their working places. This sexuAl advancement cases must be treated with diplomacy because it had caused more harm than benefit. Any worker experiencing this must use lenient methods of ofc solving it.

You have to know the number of young ladies that are having affairs with their bosses because they don't want to be sacked. That is wrong and exploitative and capable of bringing a business down.

You need to set things clear to him and don't give in because if you do he will always want to take advantage of you, I still don't know why bosses do this bad act .

It is caused by lack of discipline as a boss. Any boss that does this automatically loses respect. Just trying to get concrete evidence is the best bet to nail the case.
