its is the list that we have to do to maintan loyal customers and getting new customers, in fact we always deal with a lot of type customers and as the owner of small shop i try to do on your list (not all of them) because i knew some customers should handle in different approach

yes, its true, though, but like i said earlier some customers need another approach to get their attention and it takes special skills to do this, i mean it takes experience to read the situation
