Show interest on how the product or service turned out for the customer. Show a genuine interest and concern in the welfare of your customers as regards your products. Value their feedbacks and work on improving their concerns.

If you want to retain your customers make sure you provide top notched services. Customers will always tends to move towards value oriented services. All other factors are secondary as far as quality is concerned. Another factor that is equally important is price. A business owner must make sure that the price is not out of proportion with the value of the service or product.

Understanding the customer's loyalty is one of the things that must be uphold because you must try to retain customers.
To be very honest with you I don't really understand what you mean by understanding the customer's loyalty. If you don't mind explaining better, that would be good.

I think the most important thing is the quality of the product or service you sell this alone can make customer retention a reality another is to offer something new or innovative and always have very competitive prices
