I think you made a mistake here. It is not 400hours but 4000hours and you also need to have 1000subscdibers before you can make money. Honestly, that is a lot...

It is very reliable and you will not have any problem about them scamming you or anything. It makes sense but thier requirements are just too much. We never can tell when you will have enough views
