I also hope so for my country because the kidnapping rate in my country is way too much.
Speaking kidnapping cases, there are a lot in different places in my country. That is the reason why I ask someone to drop her at school and I will pick her up after class every day.
That would be better, there was a time when a school bus was hijacked, in short,all the student in the bus where abducted that day.
I think every city should have CCTV cameras that can cover the entire city installed. That way, kidnappers can be tracked.
I doubt this can be stopped completely though as most persons tend to result to this as a way of survival. It can be reduced if there are more good paying jobs, better opportunities and a higher standard of living. This way most people won't have to result to this.
It will be completely stopped if government took serious action, and give punishment to involved criminals in front of other people. The law should be very strict and so that criminals those who are involved in this act will think thousand time before doing this.
Kidnapping is a serious crime. I think their targets are mainly the rich people. Most very rich people hire body guards. Other than that, the police definitely play an important role in catching the kidnappers.
Kidnapping rates are high in many countries. It is essential for the government to implement stricter laws, increase police presence in public areas, and educate people on how to be more vigilant. Therefore, it is vital for individuals to learn self-defense or carry tear gas for protection.
