Seasonal business sometime touches it's peak I have seen some people do chicken corn business even on cart in cold season and finally so many people go there and they manage it by giving tokens to their customers.

A person running a business that fluctuates seasonally can survive by identifying and implementing practical measures for cutting costs during low season. For example, one can reduce the number of staff when the business in in low season. This would require having a policy for hiring a certain number of casual staff members.

Seasonal businesses should not be a main business for anyone. It should be a seeaonal side hustle. People sell corn in my area as a seasonal business during the corn season. They switch to other businesses during the off season of corn.

I think the best thing a human being can do is to find a stable business for himself or herself. Focusing on only seasonal business is not going to help you survive
