Yea very true, using exchanges like binance, kucoin bybit can make that very possible and with little to no fee attached while swapping.

Why don't you connect trustwallet with pancakeswap or biswap exchange service and do swap between bch and ltc? Both this service support this exchange. Here are screenshots from both sites. Tutorials how connect trustwallet is very easy.

Binance had a free swap feature to convert almost all currency pairs. Most other wallets also have a swap feature , though some may be charging a fee which varies depending on the wallet.
