Working on PTP forums can look easy but in the real sense it take a lot of time and determination to make good money, so it won't be nice to have included a bad one in the forums someone is working on. So how do you identify those ones that are not reliable?
How can someone identify PTP forums that may shut down anytime?

If the owner isn't reliable neither is the site. The owner is the one that should be looked at the most.
Being able to see if a pay-to-post forum is reliable is difficult as you can not always tell just by looking at a forum whether it will still be around in a few weeks' time or if it's a waste of time. Usually, I look at the content on the forum and also how active the owner is on the site and that usually determines whether or not I feel like the forum is worth me registering and being active.
It is absolutely difficult to know but some silent points include late payment, late response to inquiries, drop in forum activities etc
Well said but I would like to know from you the status of community promotion. Why the website is not loading, I still have $5 earnings there
I guess delayed payment without giving reasons, no or delayed response from the Administrator or Owner, low activities level can be signs of a PTP forum shutting down soon.

But the rewards of forums are different, so can high reward be a red flag?

So it's better to not wait time when seeing an unnecessary delay in a forum especially when it's not well known
It is possible by check owner IP address publishing on the forum if it is similar to IP of previous member publishing scam PTP address or stop forum spam extension.
How to check owners IP? I am not aware of any way to check that. If you know please share
If someone is a moderator in a community or administrator then it will not be a very hard trick. If owner signup and post advertisement the rest is easy.
But how to check admins IP? The staff members won't disclose anything.
The moderator check IP and then if similar to scammer guy then will warn people and close the program unless people starts joining under scam programs.
From cashout proof and also from others members. For example i just request foe cash out on RIF today, as long as i did this on working hours (based on Jordan timeline) i get it quickly. Its a good sign that the site is healthy but if you request for payment and didnt get it for several days without explanation, thats a sign that the PTP site is not legit
