From my experience best discoussions for MyLot are from next niches: friends, food, accidents or catastrophy. Those attract many responses even most are just messages of sympathy, peace or best wishes.

You need to clear your cache history to be able to get into Mylot. If again you can't get in, that means you're banned by the site owner, hoping not the case.
